All H3 therapist contractual employees are paid on the 15th of every month for insurance or payment collections from the prior month based on their specific contract.  H3 Group Facilitators are to submit an invoice for services by the 13th to be paid on the 15th for services rendered or to follow other agreement set for a specific program.
