EmployeesH3 employs full-time and part-time employees,includingbut not limited tothePresident, Medical Director,Office Manager,Billing Director, Practice Directors,front desk staff,and clinicians.H3 employees are actively involved in the practice and are encouraged to participate in many aspects of the practice.H3 actively seeks out employees who represent the values, goals, and customer service standard of the practice. When possible, H3 utilizes referrals from respected sources to identify potential employees.Employees   are   orientated   to   the   philosophy,   values,   procedures,   individual   roles   and responsibilities, and standards of care of H3. Orientation occurs at the time of hiring and continues on an as needed basis. Updated information is provided at staff meetings.Retention of employees is an active process, involving treating staff as valued members of the team. Providing positive feedback, inclusion and social activities, employee perks and a caring, professional environment are important components of staff retention.Employees  are  encouraged  and  allowed  to  attend  relevant  training  programs  to  enhance  their skills and expand their knowledge.H3  does  not  discriminate  in  the  hiring,  employment,  compensation  or  work  responsibilities  of employees.Employees are encouraged to verbalize concerns, problems, disagreements, or dissatisfaction to the  Practice  Director/Owner,  who  will  address  the  identified  issue  and  seek  a  reasonable resolution. H3 also utilizes long-term bachelor and masters level interns.
