Late Cancellations and No Shows

When a client late cancels (cancellation less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment) or no shows for their appointment, they are charged $80. On rare occasions, such as emergencies, the fee may be waived.

If a client has a ongoing standing appointment and no shows, all future scheduled appointments are cancelled.  

Clinicians are strongly encouraged to discuss cancelation or no show issues with their clients, and develop a plan to manage attendance issues, such as same day scheduling.

Effective 2018: Credit card on file is required.
