New client orientation is facilitated by the Office Manager and the individual clinician.The orientation includes the following information:●Services provided●Office hours and clinician availability●Values, beliefs, and ethics●Non-discrimination policy●Confidentiality, client’s rights, and complaints policy●Clinicians’ experience, credentials, and card●Financial details, including insurance coverage, fees for services, client’s obligations, private pay information if applicable●Safety information is applicable●Use of client satisfaction surveys when applicableOrientation information is reinforced as needed.
