When a clinician receives a referral notice from Psychology Today, it is strongly recommended that the clinician respond to the request, directing the potential client to contact the office to set up an appointment. If the clinician is not available to contact the potential client, they are to fill out an Intake Sheet (available at the front deskand through the Google drive) with the information they have (name, phone number, ect), and identify at the top of the Intake Sheet the clinician’s name they have requested, as well as the term “Psychology Today referral”. The Intake Sheet is then left for the Office Manager.
