Beginning February 2021, all H3 employees will be required to sign up for a zoom account through the organizational H3 business account. This will assist us with mandatory auditing of sessions that will transpire in preparation for performance evaluation. We will have the opportunity to guide employees through this process during the first performance evaluation of Q1 scheduled for Feb 2021.  

Therapist Expectations:

Organizationally, all clinicians will have the opportunity to construct their own expectations with their individual clients. As you are constructing this in a way that works best for you, ensure that you keep the following things in mind:

• You cannot send a zoom invitation on the same day of a session with a client unless emergency circumstances warrant this action
• Do not rely on the Front Desk to send invitations, they will always need to come directly from the clinician

• When you receive a new client, you will need to send the zoom invitation immediately. If you would prefer to receive email notifications when new clients are added to your schedule, please email charan@h3well.com  
• Allow your clients a 10 minute grace period for session arrival. If your client does not arrive within 10 minutes, reach out to your client to retrieve an update and insure to update the session label in InSync accordingly (I.e., no show no charge, no show charge)
