Want to get prepared for the New Year? Here's How!

Take a look below for pertinent updates regarding services in 2022

For Beacon Clients:
Beginning on January 1st, 2022 we will no longer be accepting Beacon insurance coverage plans.

If you are currently working with a clinician at one of our offices under this insurance coverage, nothing will change in services rendered for the duration of the year — but with the onset of January 1st you will have the option to seek out
new healthcare coverage, change insurances, or seek out referral options to clinicians in the community who provide services for these coverage plans.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact our billing department at billing@h3well.com for clarity.

For Clients with Insurance/Billing Changes:
In order to consistently provide accurate estimates for services, we ask that you inform us if your insurance is changing within the upcoming year. If you have questions regarding deductibles and changes that might occur within 2022, please contact your insurance provider for greater clarity. In addition, contact our billing department at billing@h3well.com if you have questions regarding coverage questions for services at H3 - Hope, Healing, and Health within the new calendar year!

In addition to insurance changes, if you need to make any changes to billing details, this can be done via the client portal. If you need assistance with updating billing details if needed, you can contact our Systems Director, Charan M. Bashir at charan@h3well.com.

New Year, New Forms:
Be on the lookout within your client portal for new forms to sign for the upcoming year. With your help we can ensure that all of our client files are the most up to date. **You will notice new forms arriving in your client inbox via your InSync portal and we ask that you complete these at your earliest** to ensure no disruption of services for 2022.

Patient Portal:
If you have not already done so, please take a moment to enroll within your client portal to stay updated about your journey at H3. Here you will be able to view client balances, scheduled appointments, client forms  -- and more! If you need assistance with setting up your client portal, please reach out to our Systems Director, Charan M. Bashir at charan@h3well.com.
