Naturopathic Medicine is based on holistic health that focuses on the whole person including body, mind, and spirit. We focus on overall wellness, lifestyle, nutrition, and connectedness to nature.
The goal of Naturopathic Medicine is to make you feel heard, provide you with education, and tailor a regimen specific to you. There are many unknown obstacles to cure and healing is multi-dimensional.
Our goal is to remove those barriers starting with the very first visit.
Our mission at Dimensional Wellness is to empower patients to reach optimal health and vitality by individualizing support as a whole for the body, mind, and spirit. We strive to provide consistent outstanding care coupled with education to allow the body's natural, yet effective, healing process.
Why Dimensional Wellness?
We believe that healing occurs in many dimensions. Optimal health is not linear, it is not “one size fits all”, and the best care is not fixed with the concept of 1 ailment = 1 treatment. The deepest wounds cannot be fixed unless healing occurs in all dimensions.
What does it mean to be whole or treated holistically? Becoming whole is a dynamic state of being. This is reflected by personal-relates with self, interpersonal relationships, environmental domains, or connectedness to nature. There are also individual dimensions of pain which include physical, sensory, behavioral, sociocultural, cognitive, and spiritual. There are even dimensions of intelligence such as linguistic, mathematical, spatial, bodily-kinesthetic, musical, or natural. There are layers to overall well-being and without understanding these dimensions, comes the obstacles to cure.
Dimensional Wellness is an opportunity to learn forgiveness over reason, to overcome conditions or challenges from the outer environment, transcend beyond ailments, and overcome thoughts as they affect the brain, body, and life.
Who is Dr. Danni Hamilton
Hello! I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in the State of Arizona from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine & Health Sciences (SCNM). I was the class secretary in the Student Government Association, Secretary of Applied Kinesiology, a pharmacology TA, 2021 class commencement speaker, and worked in sterile compounding for nutritional intravenous therapy at SCNM.
In Fort Wayne, Indiana I completed an Associate of Science in Chemistry and Pre-Pharmacy from Saint Francis University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Purdue University. I originally planned to become a pharmacist and worked as a pharmacy technician in retail, long-term care, and hospital pharmacies with additional experience in sterile and non-sterile compounding.
I worked as adjunct faculty in multiple technical colleges teaching 8 different classes including Doses and Calculations of Medications, Intro to Pharmacology, Pharmacology I & II, Pharmacy Systems of Operations, Pharmacy Law, and more. After completion of my BS in Chemistry I worked as a Laboratory Technician in a forensics laboratory using ELISA to detect drugs of abuse. As I educated myself over time, I realized that my passion was no longer in pharmacology but in the innate ability for the body to heal itself.
During my free time I spent countless hours figuring out a way how to help patients attain optimal health using alternative methods. I began to teach myself about Naturopathic Medicine from The Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine by Murray and Pizzorno and realized I could obtain a medical degree as a Naturopathic Doctor which aligned with my passion and dreams to teach others the benefits of healing naturally. I have been fascinated with the science behind holistic health since childhood and the changes in my career path began immediately after falling upon a Naturopathic Medical School, that I never knew existed. Now here I am, with the goal to help as many people as possible! Ultimately, I am here for YOU!
I applaud you for taking the steps in pursuit of a natural healing journey! I once heard that if you are on a journey to heal yourself naturally, you are a good person, because anyone who takes the time to heal themselves in all dimensions (hence the name, Dimensional Wellness), they become a positive person in all aspects of their lives in relation to themselves and others!
